I’m Ron Vander Velde, while I was a printing manager I built 2 homes and remodeled 11 homes in which my family lived. At 59, I obtained my builders license and worked construction for 8 years. However, I felt like I needed something less taxing on the body when I hit 65. A realtor friend of mine suggested a home inspection. That’s how I got started in the inspection industry.

Now, I have inspected over 2,300 homes. Using my years of knowledge, I can assist individuals in understanding the choices they are making concerning their homes. I give teaching a lot of thought to my work. I do what I do because I enjoy helping clients know what they need to make a wise decision on their purchase and how to maintain their home to protect their investment in the future and live in a safe property.
